Terms of Service

Arhiboo is an event and hospitality management platform with four kinds of accounts: guests (who attend events), clients (who organize events), service providers (who list and deliver services such as catering, photography, venues, décor, or security staffing), and security staff (who check guests in at events).

Arhiboo facilitates connections between clients and providers through a marketplace. We are not a party to the service agreement formed between a client and a provider, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any booking made through the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Bookings made between clients and providers, and any subscription plans for organizer or provider accounts, are billed as described at checkout or within the relevant portal at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, harass or endanger others, circumvent security or check-in features, misrepresent an event or service listing, or scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you upload — profile photos, event details, service listings, and similar material. By uploading it, you grant Arhiboo a license to store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arhiboo is not liable for the acts or omissions of clients, providers, or security staff using the platform, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time; significant changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
