Privacy Policy

Account information you provide: name, email address, phone number, gender, and — for event organizers — your organization or business details.

Content you choose to add: a profile photo, and — if you organize events — event details and cover images.

Event and guest information: if you attend an event through Arhiboo, we store your registration details (for example, a seat or table assignment, and any special requirements you provide) so the event organizer and event security can manage the event.

Your general region: the country you select when you first use the app, used only to show you regionally relevant content.

Basic technical and diagnostic data if the app encounters an error, to help us fix bugs — via our crash-reporting provider, Sentry.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, health data, or biometric data (fingerprint or face recognition), and we do not collect payment card details. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

To operate your account, to let event organizers and security staff manage the events you're part of, to help you discover and contact service providers on the platform, to communicate with you about your account and events, and to diagnose and fix technical problems.

We use Supabase to host our database and manage authentication, and Sentry to help us catch and fix crashes and errors. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own advertising purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from within the app. You can permanently delete your account and request deletion of your data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account; your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also email us at the address below to request deletion.

Arhiboo is intended for a general adult audience — event organizers, event staff, and event guests — and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time; significant changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
